OH leslie, you say you like the chillier areas...I live in VA...so let's trade houses....hahahahha. Unfortunately, you'd get the short end of the deal on THAT one! lol. I love making flank steaks...so easy to marinate, grill, slice thin and tender to eat...Did I say how much I love them!I already have that cookbook from being a FACS teacher, they gave them to us for free!
